CLIENT ASSOCIATE

Entry-level phase Responsible for client awareness and exposure, generating client revenue, and learning/ implementing marketing strategies.

Junior Account Executive

Responsible for the development of associates and apprenticing the Senior Executives.

Senior Account Executive

In charge of screening new potential candidates as well as overseeing new accounts and Jr Executives.

Development Executive

Serves as a point of contact for upper management, delegating tasks and completing company initiatives.

Assistant Director

Supports the Director by managing and training employees. Learning to oversee budgets, day-to-day operations, and HR.

Director of Operations

Responsible for Overseeing daily business activities, managing resources, developing and implementing operational plans, and carrying out standard procedures.

Executive Administrator

The right-hand to the director of operations. Oversees administrative tasks, HR responsibilities, and facilitates hiring. Must possess emotional intelligence, a student mentality, and the ability to adapt.

AREA MARKETING DIRECTOR

Works closely with our clients to create new opportunities for growth. Responsible for managing compliance, coordinating schedules, and building rapport.

National Recruiter

responsible for training administrative staff nationally and maintaining high recruiting standards. Must be outgoing, solution-seeking, and a great communicator. The ultimate go-getter will succeed in this role.
